Returns & Refunds Policy

This return policy applies to both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B). Different rules apply depending on whether you purchase as a consumer or as a business entity.
Consumer Returns (B2C)
Right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to start a return (B2C)
To request a return, please contact us at admin@invenkawholesale.com.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your order.
Return shipping costs for consumer orders are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Business Customers (B2B / Wholesale)
No right of return
Orders placed by business customers are final and non-returnable. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to B2B transactions.
By placing an order, the buyer confirms that the purchase is made as a business entity.
Exceptions (B2B)
Returns for business customers are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged during transport, or if the wrong item was delivered.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence. All B2B returns require prior written approval.
Return shipping costs for B2B orders are always the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide return labels.
Damaged or incorrect items (B2C & B2B)
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@invenkawholesale.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
If the claim is approved, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, credit note or refund.
Non-returnable items (B2C & B2B):
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Personal care or intimate items once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If a return is approved (consumer orders only), a new order must be placed separately.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
