Shipping Policy

This shipping policy applies to both consumers (B2C) and business customers (B2B). Shipping terms may differ depending on the destination and order type.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. Any significant delay will be communicated by email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance and external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Domestic and international shipping
We ship both domestically and internationally. Available shipping methods, carriers and delivery options depend on the destination and will be shown at checkout.
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
Business customers are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with local laws and regulations.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.
If tracking information is unavailable or delayed, this does not affect the validity of the shipment.
Damaged or lost shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@invenkawholesale.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs. Refunds will only be issued for the product value, excluding shipping costs, once the goods are returned and inspected.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, carrier delays, customs delays, pandemics or governmental actions.
